By placing an order in our store, the customer declares that they are of legal age and guarantees the accuracy of the information provided for shipping purposes. All prices shown include applicable VAT and may be modified without prior notice, always guaranteeing the amount agreed upon at the time of purchase confirmation. Payment will be processed securely through the payment gateways integrated into the PrestaShop platform (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer), and the order will not be shipped until the financial institution has confirmed receipt of payment.
Since we sell products intended for animal food, hygiene, and well-being, returns will be strictly and legally governed by the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of delivery. For safety and hygiene reasons, returns of opened bags of pet food, unsealed cosmetic products, or accessories showing signs of use by the pet will not be accepted. In the event of receiving a defective or damaged product during transport, the customer must notify within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt to arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
